Each Tuesday morning at 7:20 am Alaska, I join KBYR AM700‘s The Michael Dukes Show to discuss the latest in Alaska oil, gas and fiscal issues. This week Michael and I discuss additional problems building on the horizon for state revenues and costs, and, if we need to go there (and it increasingly appears we do) why a flat tax is the best way to approach new revenues.
