And then at the end, because this is our last segment of 2018, Michael asks for our final thoughts on 2018 and how we see the playing field in the New Year (31:40).

They are: (1) why taking “excess” dollars from the ERA — dollars above what is needed to fund Hammond 50/50 — results in a long term PFD cut (7:55); (2) our view of Frank Murkowski’s proposed new LNG option (22:50); and (3) some background on why we may be headed to a partial federal government shutdown (29:23).
